| Human Resources Manager Responsibilities: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting the company in its human resource management initiatives, and for working with the global HR group in implementation and on-going compliance of other corporate initiatives. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following: · Maintain compliance with all facets of the legal framework in the United States as it relates to the employment of the people. · Provide implementation and provision of support to line management in respect to all aspects of corporate policy as it applies to Human Resources management and HR Development · Manage the day-to-day Human Resources function and resolution of all HR issues at site level · Accountable for impeccable records management on-site in relation to personnel records · Oversee management of employee payroll and benefits administration · Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources Management role · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse international clientele · Outstanding record management skills · Honest and transparent in approach with others
