What is the Lowest Price Guarantee?

If you buy an item from the Liquidation Channel and find the same item advertised for less within 30 days, we’ll pay you the difference plus an additional 20 percent. That’s right! If you can find it for less, we’ll pay you!

To qualify for the Liquidation Channel Lowest Price Guarantee, the product must be an exact match to your purchase and be advertised via television or newspaper to a national audience. The lower price must be advertised within 30 days from your original date of purchase. The LC will pay you the price difference, plus an additional 20 percent of the difference.
This offer expires 31 days after your original order date. I.e. 31 calendar days from the date you first placed your order with the LC. This offer is limited to one product per person or entity. To take advantage of this offer, you must email the LC with a copy of the current and active television or newspaper advertisement that has been distributed or published to a national audience.
Our price guarantee excludes comparison pricing with products sold by Liquidation Channel,, any affiliate companies, including, but not limited to, any company affiliated with our parent company, VGL. The guarantee is not valid on misprints, and does not include shipping or handling.

How does the LC protect my credit card and personal information?

Your information is as important to us as you are. The Liquidation Channel secures your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate. All information exchanged is encrypted before transmission. SSL security is the most widely deployed security protocol used today. What are your methods of payment?

The Liquidation Channel accepts all major credit cards, debit cards and registered prepaid credit/gift cards.

Can I use a gift card for any of my purchases?

No problem. Just let us know before we start processing your order. The Liquidation Channel accepts gift cards that have been registered with the owner’s name and address. Before placing your orders, please inform our customer service agent that you are paying with a gift card so we can make sure it is properly registered. We want our customers’ shopping experience to be smooth sailing.

Can I send a gift to a different address once I purchase the item?

Aren’t you thoughtful! Yes, we will ship your order to another address. However, these shipments include an itemized invoice with pricing information. This invoice contains shipment information used by the postal service, so we can’t remove pricing information at this time. We appreciate your understanding and know that the recipient will be wowed not only by your gift’s exquisite beauty, but also by the impressive deal you got when you bought it.

What is your return policy?

All sales are considered final unless: 1) an item was received damaged or defective or 2) the item’s discounted cost was more than $200 dollars. You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return qualifying items.
Qualifying returns must be unused, unworn or unaltered, with all original tags attached. Bedding items that are opened cannot be returned due to potential hygienic reasons. Returns must include all items that were sent with the order, including the jewelry box and any and all certification. A returned item must be packaged for shipment to arrive in the same condition that it was received.
Upon receipt, we inspect each return. The LC reserves the right to reject return requests on items that have been used, worn, altered or that exceed the 30-day return period.
Returns are limited to one order per package. We strongly recommend that you insure your package and ship it via carrier that offers shipment tracking. We are unable to issue a refund for items that have been damaged or lost during the return shipping process. If you return more than three items per month, your returns may be subject to a 25 percent restocking fee.
Refunds on qualifying items are processed within four weeks, including postal transit and banking processes. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are typically applied to your original form of payment, but we are also happy to give you store credit.

Do I need to register to participate in Rising Auction or a Drop Auction?

We don’t want you to miss out on a chance to win big, so the Liquidation Channel requires all customers to register before bidding on any auction item. Registration is free, quick and easy. You can register online or by calling us toll-free at (877) 899-0099.

How do LC auctions work?

There are two types of auction action at the LC: Drop Auctions and Rising Auction.

Drop Auctions

Drop Auction refers to the descending prices that you see during our live broadcast. The initial price is displayed on screen once an item is available for auction. As the auction progresses, this amount will continue to drop lower and lower. Each bidder/shopper receives the lowest price indicated for that particular Drop Auction item. Since many Drop Auction items have limited stock, bids are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
The starting price of a Drop Auction is a value established at the beginning of an auction. The starting auction value should not be considered a substitute value, appraised value or suggested retail price of the item.
A Drop Auction ends when all auction items have been purchased or when the timer has run out for that particular piece and it is no longer a “Current On Air Item.” In certain auctions, a count-down clock is shown on screen. When the clock reaches 0:00, the auction has ended.

Rising Auctions

Rising Auction, or RA, refers to the $1 Rising Auction feature on Registered users can bid on items that are priced starting at just $1 with no reserve.
All Rising Auction items feature a count-down clock for the individual auction item. When the clock reaches 00:00:00:00, the highest bidder can then move forward with completing their purchase.

Are Liquidation Channel's gemstones natural or treated?

With such low prices, it’s hard to believe that these are genuine gemstone. But it’s true! All gemstones sold by the Liquidation Channel are natural gemstone unless otherwise specified. Some gemstones may have gone through treatments or enhancements to improve gem strength, quality or color. This is a standard and accepted practice in the gemstone industry.

Can I resize a ring that I purchased from Liquidation Channel?

If a ring is purely Sterling Silver, then having a jeweler resize your ring is a cinch. However, if your ring is crafted with ION bonding, a metal overlay or any other kind of metal bonding, resizing is not encouraged because it alters the integrity of the ring. Before you choose to resize your ring, talk to your local jeweler. He or she can give you more information on ways to resize your ring without causing damage.
